Our Strategy: Pragathi functions as a Systems Integrator to bring the best practices and programs to its Focus Areas. Pragathi works with multiple Non-Profit Organizations, picking up on their Core-Competencies and Implementing and Funding to achieve its Mission. For example, in the area of Literacy, Pragathi has partnered with several local Non-profits to reuse their programs - "Accelerated Learning Program" from Akshara Foundation, etc.
Meet the Team:
Anand Vridhagiri is a Senior Marketing Manager with QLogic Corporation. Anand travels on a worldwide basis as part of global marketing efforts and customer engagements. He served the UT Executive MBA Alumni Board as Marketing Director, was Secretary for the Austin Kannada Sangha during 2004-2005 and continues to contribute to various voluntary organizations in Central Texas. He has a MBA from UT Austin and MS in Computer Engineering from New Mexico State University.
Anu Rao leads a Wireless/Telecom Applications Group in LSI Corporation. Previously, she worked in Dazel Corporation. She specializes in Offshore Software development and has keen interests in delivering to Customer needs and goals. She works with top tier Telecom and Networking Companies delivering custom solutions and products. She has a M.S in Computer Science and B.S in Industrial and Production Engineering.
Nagi Rao is a leader in the use of technology to generate financial value in companies. He has successfully accomplished this in multiple industry verticals including healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to founding SysInformation, Nagi was President and CEO of three startups CMR Associates (acquired by HP), Telecom Technologies (acquired by Sonus Networks) and Surgient Networks. He was also a Partner at McKinsey & Co. He currently serves on several Healthcare Boards and Advisory Boards including the Advisory Board of the WellCare Group of Companies – Florida’s largest Medicare and Medicaid payor. He is also on the Board of Advisors of the Marriott School of Business at BYU and the Executive Committee of the Austin Idea Network. Nagi has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore University, India. He received an MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Prabhudev Konana is William H. Seay Professor of Information Management and Distinguished Teaching Professor at the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin. He has an MBA and a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona. His research interests are in outsourcing and offshoring, business value of IT, and growth strategies of India/China. He is a recipient of numerous teaching and research awards and has published over 60 papers. He received the National Science Foundation CAREER Award in 1998. Ravi Kumar has a B.S in EE and M.S in Computer Science. He has 10 publications, 6 patents and is an IEEE and ASTD member. He manages a team of 25 at Dell. Ravi is very active in the sports area having won many state level gold medals, named the Athlete of the year, and Best all rounder for Mysore University. Ravi is a top level Basket ball player and is very active in coaching kids basketball camps. Ravi has served as Austin Kannada Sangha President during 2004-05.
Satish Rao leads the business intelligence team for IBM's Power Systems organization in Austin. He has held executive level positions at start up companies such as Expeditrix Corporation and Evoke Systems. As a GM at PSW Technologies, he held revenue and delivery responsibilities for a hundred person organization. He has an MBA from University of Texas in Austin and MS Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
Dr. Sulatha Dwarakanath got her Ph.D in nucleic acid and protein chemistry at NYU. After working at Bayer Diagnostics, on tests for infectious Diseases, she worked with several startups. Currently she is Research Professor at Texas State University at San Marcos. She founded Nano Science Diagnostics Inc., a nanotechnology based medical diagnostic startup where she is currently CTO. She has raised funds through Venture and Govt. grants. She regularly participates in The race for cure. She has several publications and is an exec. member of CLAS and member of AACC.
